PetCare+ is designed to give you total peace of mind when purchasing from us. It offers extended protection, easy replacements, VIP perks, and more - all for a one-time fee of $5.99 per order.

By purchasing PetCare+, you agree to the following terms:

✅ What’s Covered

1. Accidental Damage & Wear
If your item is damaged due to pet-related accidents — including chewing, tearing, or heavy wear — we’ll provide a free replacement of the same or comparable item.

2. Shipping Protection
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

3. Extended Warranty
PetCare+ extends our standard product warranty to 12 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and material failures.

4. VIP Support & Perks
You’ll receive.

🔄 Replacement Policy

To ensure fairness and sustainability:

-Each PetCare+ plan covers one annual replacement per item purchased under the plan.
-Photo evidence of the issue may be requested to help us learn and improve.
-Replacements are issued for the same or similar item (based on availability).
-In cases of repeat claims or suspicious activity, we may limit eligibility at our discretion.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

To keep PetCare+ fair for all customers, the following are not covered:

-Cosmetic damage that does not affect product use.

-Intentional damage or misuse (We reserve the right to investigate repeat or excessive claims for abuse of the plan).

-Replacement requests more than 12 months after purchase.

-Orders not protected by a purchased PetCare+ plan “We reserve the right to investigate repeat or excessive claims for abuse of the plan.”
